This Tea is a Real Treat! (2008-04-09)
I learned to drink green tea in Japan — that is, I kept after it until I could drink it without making faces. But I can’t say I really enjoyed it until I found this raspberry green tea.
This is the one green tea I actually enjoy.
I’ve heard about all the benefits of green tea, but I ordered it because it tastes good, it’s hard to find in my small town, and Amazon is offering a very sweet deal on six boxes. Now I can forget the frustration of looking through piles of tea boxes at our local grocery.

Amazon was offering this product at $8 a case, when we were buying our normal Green Tea / Bengal Spice / PG’s english tea / and thought, what the hey - for that price i can make a fruity iced tea out of it. However, when i finally got around to trying it, i was pleasantly surprised at the depth of the raspberry flavoring…not too sweet, very refreshing. The rest of my family reaches for it as well, as an afternoon / evening tea, but mostly its used, stuffed inside a bottled water on my hip pack, i carry throughout the work day. I have never been a tea drinker, but a few months ago I started drinking green tea. I had read about all of the health benefits and wanted to give it a try. This is one tea that I am able to drink and actually enjoy. I had tried many others and to be honest did not care for the taste at all. Very good tea..wish it had a stronger raspberry flavor, but over all a good cup of tea..by the way, if you have not ever purchased Celestial Seasonings tea before…they do not put a string on their tea bags. Price was right…would purchase again.
