Too much salmon (2007-08-06)
I never thought I’d say this about a spread but there is actually too much salmon and not enough cream cheese. As packed, it’s a bit salty and dry to the point that is crumbles as opposed to being spreadable. When I opened the second can I mixed it with an equal amount of fresh cream cheese and threw in some capers with excellent results. I couldn’t find anything to do with the tin can so I threw it out. I bought this on sale at over 60% off of the list price - which is a pretty good value.
