Taste took me back to the New England coast… (2008-02-11)
This is without a doubt the best salmon chowder I have ever eaten. I grew up in New England and frequented the tremendous restaurants, but this out-”chowdah-ed” them all. My husband and I enjoyed it so much! We serve it with oyster crackers, freshly ground pepper and a pat of butter melting on the top of the bowl. Yum! It is almost as good as my own recipe! Oh, and the fact that it is all natural and organic can not be beaten. Also, experiment with adjusting the amount of liquid you add to your taste. We added a little less for a thicker style which was very delicious. We are trying their lobser bisque next… I can’t wait!Best Canned Chowder Out There! (2007-07-16)
This stuff tastes like it was made fresh from the ocean–like in one of those great seafood restaraunts off the coast! I think the natural simple ingredients are the key. Try it–you’ll love it!
