This is great for when I don’t have time to eat. Sometimes my blood sugar gets low(type 2 diabetes)and that helps. I’m on blood thinners, too, and it has a lot of vitamins I need. Beside, I can never settle on a favorite flavor. They’re all so good.I love Amazon Prime and Carnation (2007-12-26)
I already buy this product every week. And I just realized that I can get it cheaper here at Amazon than at our grocery store or Super Target.

Just for the record, this is not a kid’s review. You have to purchase an item through Amazon in order to have an account and I have not yet made a purchase, so that’s why I’m using the kid’s review form.
I’ve been drinking Carnation Instant Breakfast for a few years now. My mother used to get them for me when I was younger because I’d always sleep in a little extra on a school day and almost miss the bus because I’d be eating breakfast. But with Carnation Instant Breakfast, you can just dump the pouch of your favorite flavor into a cup with some milk, stir it, and enjoy. It’s very easy to take on the go.
I always get the variety pack because it consists of French Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Rich Milk Chocolate, Classic Chocolate Malt, Strawberry, and Cappucino. They’re all pretty good, but the Classic Chocolate Malt is a little too bitter for my personal taste.
I do recommend these, however, do not drink them alone. I used to feel an occasional “enery boost and crash” if I drank these by themselves during breakfast. Do drink these with something else, such as fruit, toast, vegetables, etc. Whatever you want. Just don’t drink it alone.
Also, if you’re on a diet, then I would go with the ‘No Sugar Added’ Carnation Instant Breakfast. I think these are kinda new seeing as how low-carb diets and other dieting lifestyles seem to be becoming more and more popular.
For a very healthy treat, I’d recommend mixing these with soy milk instead of regular milk. Soy milk is rich in natural protein and doesn’t contain preservatives like milk does, therefore it’s much healthier for you. Carnation Instant Breakfast does contain most of your daily vitamins, but not enough of them.
Also, for your health, don’t forget to take a daily multivitamin.
