This is the best soup. It tastes great and is a good quick lunch that is good for you.Bland & Takes 8 Minutes to “Cook” (2008-03-12)
Unlike a typical cup-o-soup, you’re not supposed to put this in the microwave for a minute. Instead, instructions say to first boil water separately, than add it to the cup and then let sit for 8 minutes. That’s an eon when I want a quick fast snack. The soup is blander than I’d hoped - if you like super-mild salsa you’ll be happy. If you want a kick, you’ll need to add your own hot sauce. That said, it’s not all that bad, not many other vegan wheat-free soups out on the market for me, so I’ll keep buying them.Great!!! (2008-01-30)
This is my favorite of the McDougall Soups. I have this 2 or 3 times a week for lunch. It is filling and has a wonderful tamale taste.Good, but messy (2007-10-30)
This is a very tasty cup of soup. But, the separate flavor packet is inconvenient. You have to dig it out of the soup cup, which gets soup powder all over the place. I am a loyal customer, but always a bit irritated.
