I tried this pasta thanks to Batali’s Molto Mario cookbook, and I’m extremely glad I did. The price here is the cheapest you will find it, and the pasta is just fantastic. It truly has to be experienced to be believed. A tip: cook 1 package of this in 6 quarts of water with 2 Tbsp of salt. Trust me on this one. The noodles come out so delicious that we could eat them plain.
