This brand of Thai tea was recommended to me by the proprietor of a wonderful Thai restaurant where we love to eat in Omaha, NE. After asking several times when we were in town, he finally broke down and told me where to get this brand in Omaha. Then I was delighted to find it on Amazon (because I was going to try to get my relatives to send it). What a lifesaver. Follow the directions on the bag for Thai tea just like the restaurant serves. First of all the shipping on this product was super fast and took me by surprise. Second the quality of this product is outstanding. Finally in Iowa I can drink some restaurant qualiy and tasting Thai tea. Although the package does not indicate this, sweetened condensed milk is also amazing as a sweetener. That is how my favorite Thai restaurant in Chicago prepares it.
