This is the best Gluten Free cookies I have ever tried! My daughter is autistic and we are trying the Gluten free diet! She loves these cookies and so does everyone else in the family! A little expensive for cookies but well worth the price for taste and quality!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!If you like ginger, its hard to stop at just one. (2008-03-25)
I love ginger and these are probably the best cookies out there for my taste (gluten-free or otherwise). The texture is soft bake (they aren’t snaps, after all), and there are pieces of crystalized ginger that give little ginger boosts/crunch as you eat the cookie. In search of healthy but tasty snacks I discovered these cookies, a bit sweet, but with a nice ginger touch. Even my daugter likes them. We also buy the Pamela’s Peanut Butter cookies.These cookies are amazing! (2008-03-20)
I have read a lot of great reviews about Pamela’s products. Since I am a shortbread fan and very picky, I decided to try these first. They did not disappoint, and I was instantly in love with them!!

They are buttery, flaky, and perfect. I can’t think of anything wrong with these cookies. I would buy these over regular shortbread cookies, even if I didn’t have a gluten aversion.omg! fabulous! (2008-03-12)
Based on other online reviews, I couldn’t wait to taste these cookies. I brought the box inside the moment I saw it on my front porch, grabbed a box from the larger box, and sampled.

Holey moley, these shortbread cookies are fabulous! Be warned that there is a tiny down-side, though. Each 23 g cookie contains 4g of saturated fat…that’s 20% of the daily value, folks. However, there is no denying that these are wonderful.
