This is really quality olive oil for almost the same price if not better than what you’ll find in the grocery store. It has a strong, nutty flavor, reminding us of the freshly pressed oils we’ve have in Tuscany, Italy.Light taste, sautés well (2007-02-01)
I’m picky when it comes to olive oils. I generally like lighter oils that don’t have a heavy olive or oily taste. When I first opened this, I was a little distracted by its unusual scent. However, this olive oil performs extremely well in cooking. It has a very light taste and works very well for sautés.
