I like the flavor, although I would not buy it again from Amazon. A pack of 4 for $17 is a bit much for something that I could get in a regular grocery store for less.Very nice product! (2007-07-30)
I cooked the rice in a rice cooker instead of using a saucepan over the stovetop, and reduced the amount of liquid per cup of rice. (1 cup of rice + 2 cups of vegetable broth + a pinch of sea salt)

Cooked rice was light, fluffy, fragrant and very tasty!

Great with clear broths and curries!
