Great Diabetic-Friendly Oatmeal (2007-12-31)
McCann’s makes two sugar-free oatmeal products - one is “Cinnamon Roll” and this “Apple Cinnamon”. They are both good - with this Apple Cinnamon being my favorite of the two. It is of cream consistency and is sweetened with Splenda. While, of course, it is good for breakfast, I tend to have it as a between meal snack - especially before I exercise. This sugar-free oatmeal is a great healthy product for anybody, but especially for diabetics who like a sweeter oatmeal without worrying about sugar.Great Stuff !!! (2007-08-26)

The McCanns oatmeal ~ Sugar Free apples and Cinnamon, and Sugar Free Maple and Brown Sugar ~ is very good. My husband has diabetes, and he loves it, and it’s something he doesn’t have to feel guilty about eating !!! I love it too. I also have 4 miniature pinschers and 2 cats, and the dogs also love it !!! Thank you for having it for me to order. We found one box a few month ago at Giant and purchased it. After that, we went to alot of different grocery store and couldn’t find it anywhere. I saved the box and tried to find it on the internet, and all I found was large companies that purchased it, but they didn’t send it to individuals. Then I waited for awhile and tried again, and that is when I found your site. I couldn’t believe you actually had it. I gave two boxes to my grandchildren, and they also love it. I think more stores should sell it, it would be a big seller. I always think if I hit the lottery, I would open a store where Diabetics could shop and find things they like and don’t have to feel guilty about eating. Someone should start having stores like that now. I had a brother who died at 41 from diabetes, my older sister has it and is blind, my nephew has it really bad, and my husband also has it. They always feel like having a treat, and it’s hard to find anything sweet that they can have without feeling guilty and their blood sugar sky rocketing. I’m sorry this is so long, but I just had to let you know how good the product is, and explain to you why. Alot of people ( more than we would ever realize ) have diabetes and don’t even know it. I know you sell alot of different products, but I’m telling you why we loved the ones we purchased. Thanks for listening.

Love this oatmeal! No sugar which is a bonus for athletes wanting good complex carbs w/o added sugar. one packet gives you a nice creamy treat. Much creamier than other instant oatmeals. Highly recommend it!
