Too much of a terrible ramen (2007-12-01)
I read the previously posted review and figured since I’m a meat eater I figured I’d give “spicy tomato” a go… They give you a TON of ramen, 4 cubes per pack, and 12 packs. I can only manage eating 1 or 2 blocks before I get tired of it, so I would still recommend going with another type of ramen like Nong Shim… The soup tastes alright and its more salty than spicy. It gets old quick. It’s all non-fried so you also can’t really eat it raw if you’re feeling lazy.Why are they using lard in this??? (2007-08-17)
Please be aware that this product is not vegetarian (beef-based) and contains lard. While most Americans are concerned with “good” vs “bad” fats, apparently many Chinese are not. I do reccomend Soken ramen noodles from Japan.
