This product is convenient and very flavorful without the MSG. It’s very good just as prepared out of the package but also lends it’s self to additions. As is all too common this package serves 2.5 servings, and this is a pet peeve of mine, as a rule. However if you’re hungry it isn’t the end of the world with this as a whole package meal calorie wise or fat wise. Check out this better product against the usual grocery store offerings. These are really good. I keep them in my desk at work so I can have a decent lunch on days that I don’t have any other options. They are quick and sometimes I sneak veggies from the cafeteria to throw in as an added bonus.
