I am always skeptical of products that make claims like these, but I am also interested to try them and see if they could possibly live up to their claims. Dreamerz does. Tastes a bit like Slim-Fast, but that’s not so bad, especially since you only need to drink 8 ounces. Drink it down fast through a straw, it’s not so bad. Takes about 15-20 minutes to make me quite woozy and unsteady on my feet, so I drink it in the tub right before bed. I also find it is better chilled, or at room temperature, than hot, as is suggested on the box.Great for zzs (2008-03-09)
This chocolate milk helps the whole family sleep. Very rich. Sleep in about 1/2 an hour.
