I’ve fed these to quite a few wheat-eaters, and they see no difference between these and other cookies. I have tossed in various combinations of nuts, dried blueberries, chocolate chips, and coconut and cooked them as bar cookies. Everyone loves them. They disappear within 24 hours of baking.

Namaste makes the BEST GLUTEN FREE FOOD on the market that I’ve found. If I had to suggest some food products to someone who was starting the transition from a diet including wheat to a wheat-free diet, I’d recommend Namaste’s products. I’ve never had a bad product from them. Try also their pizza crust, spice cake mix, and chocolate cake. It’s all fantastic.
