Packaging problem (2007-08-07)
I returned a bottle of the salt over two weeks ago[there were a total of 6 bottles ordered]because it did not have its top on and the salt was all over the box and packing and was leaking out of the box. I have not heard from anyone about the status of the return and I did follow the return instructions very carefully. I expected a sealed bottle to replace the open bottle and the trashed damp salt inside of it.
