My Favorite Beef Marinade (2007-07-31)
This is my favorite marinade for beef. If you want an absolutely fantastic grilled meal try this marinade on a flat iron steak. We marinate for about 2-3 hours and when you put this on the grill, the delicious aroma will get your mouth watering. We have served this to guests several times and have gotten rave compliments every time. It makes a reasonable cut of meat taste like a top shelf steak.
