I love Bob’s Red Mill products, they are wholesome and natural and this cake mix is not an exception. It is made with whole wheat flour and all natural ingredients and with the elimination of eggs and using flax “eggs” it is completely vegan, not to mention DELICIOUS! This is a great price, too, these are about $4.99 each at my grocery store.Really good cake (2007-12-10)
This mix turns out a deliciously dense and bread-like cake that would stand up well to a number of different frostings. It would also be fantastic with golden raisins. This cake tastes more like “real” food than dessert.
