I bought these noodles on a whim. They were cheap,and I get sick of waiting for basmati rice to cook for my stir fry, so I thought I’d try these. They’re great! They are super fast and easy to cook. The noodles taste great and don’t get soggy. They’re fabulous with a bag of frozen vegetables panfried with your favorite stir fry sauce. They make a quick and easy dinner.
