This Mac and Cheese is yummy, no doubt, but it doesn’t really have much of a Mexican flare, especially for someone living in Texas. Even if I am a Yankee who doesn’t like things too hot, this was just pretty bland. I’d call it flavored mac and cheese, and I would call it super mild, but I wouldn’t call it Mexican.Way way better than Kraft (2006-09-02)
Annie’s Mexican Mac & Cheese is the bomb. All natural, organic, tastes almost like real Mac from scratch. Just ordered two cases from Amazon’s new grocery store - much cheaper than buying individual boxes in the supermarket. The best flavor of Annie’s yet.For Box Mac’n Cheese, It’s OK (2006-08-24)
This Mac & Cheese is probably better for you than the ubiquitous Kraft variety that is found everywhere, but it is hard to get too excited over it. The mild flavor has a hint of some Mexican spice, but it is hard to pin point what it is. When purchasing some of these grocery products from Amazon, do your homework. Some of the deals fall far short of the prices at your typical warehouse clubs as I found out too late. It is also easy to go overboard by getting too much of a product and getting sick of it in a hurry. The quantity here is too large to buy a product unless you already know that you like it upfront. I suggest before buying six boxes, find it at your local supermarket and try one box first. Then if you really love it, by it from Amazon.
