Not 100% fair trade (2008-01-01)
Well, the description suggests that this is fair trade and organic. The can says that it’s only 25% fair trade or organic. So what is the other 75% made of?
I got it because organic foods tend to taste better. It didn’t. It’s mediocre.An OK, but this is a MIX (has sugar in it) (2007-09-06)
I was a bit disappointed as I was expecting a pure cocoa not ‘instant mix’. The mix is an OK, as far a mixes go; taste is a bit weaker then Ghirardelli cocoa. I’m not sure that proportion of sugar to cocoa is to everybody’s taste.
I’m not sure why would you buy this as you can’t let your kid make it as you would with instant stuff. And if you are boiling it anyways why to buy mix with questionable ingredients.
