I use this sesame oil for most cooking purposes–I was hesitant because of the strong flavor of dark sesame oil, but this has even less flavor than canola, and can be used for almost anything. Great product!Sesame Oil (2007-01-07)
I use this oil in everything from deep frying to homemade salad dressing. It has a pleasant taste to it so it doesn’t overwhelm the taste buds. The only thing I would change is to sell it in larger bottles, maybe 32 oz instead of 12.7 oz. It doesn’t last long at my house!
