These bags are huge and last a long time. They were fresh when opened and stayed fresh with just a rubber band on the top.

The freshness date was near expiration when we got the case of chips. Luckily it is cold, so we have stored the case in the garage. They also taste fine if you heat them briefly in the microwave, probably becuase they are organic, so none of the oil used was rancid.Yummy (2006-11-06)
