One of my favs (2007-02-13)
This was one of my first purchases of a “bread-type” product after being diagnosed with celiac sprue disease this past November….so, you can imagine my delight when the waffles I made with this mix turned out, not only be edible, but were actually fabulous!! I ordered the 6-pack & can’t imagine not having it on hand! My kids even try to talk me out of these…I have to hide them behind other items when I freeze them. They are great for making ahead and packaging in individual serving-sized zippered bags to be toasted later!
