DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY (2008-04-09)

I have drank coconut water directly from the coconut before, and this product comes very close. I love that it’s so natural. No added sweeteners or preservatives. I prefer the natural flavor. Even though it could be considered bland for some people’s tastebuds, it’s a great alternative to the energy drinks. It is super when it’s cold. The only thing that I would mention is that sometimes, when it’s not refrigerated, it might have a slight strange smell. It’s not overwhelming and I’m not sure if it’s from the packaging or the water, but it seems more noticeable when it’s room temperature. But, when you drink it from the fridge, the smell is gone, and it’s very refreshing!Replenishes the body without chemicals! (2008-04-03)
Needed something better than water to restore my energy after hot yoga — this is it! I’ve always thought sports drinks are nasty (flavor-wise and in terms of what they actually contain), and I never saw the point in wasting money on them when I could eat healthy foods and drink water. So I was delighted to discover this natural alternative that replenishes lost hydration and nutrients quickly.

After an hour and a half of yoga poses in a 105-degree room (yes, that sounds like a crazy idea but it does amazing things for the body), I used to feel tired for the rest of the day. A great drink to quench your thirst and to hydrate after a work out or on a hot day. What I like about this drink is that it is 100% natural and tastes great without any added sweetners or artificial flavors. It is a great water replacement especially for those who don’t like water.

Of all the coconut water products my husband and I have tried, this one is the best. Next best thing to opening a fresh coconut. Subtly sweet, very refreshing. Other brands seem to have a dull flavor, almost “sock-like.” I don’t believe this one requires an acquired taste, if you like coconuts, because it is delicious! It’s made in Brazil, so you know it’s authentic.
